If the problem is too serious for you to sort out yourself, you can report it to us. We log each report as a separate case so that we can monitor progress and identify patterns of bad behaviour. We can also provide a translator and will respect your confidentiality throughout.
The investigation of your report will commence within three days, or one day if there are threats of violence, race hate crime or domestic violence. If we have the power to deal with the problem, an action plan will be drawn up with you. This may include collecting evidence so that legal action can be taken against the person behaving in an anti-social way. We will contact you regularly to check on progress and review the action plan monthly. We will respect your confidentiality and only approach the other party, or other agencies, with your express permission.You can report anti-social behaviour in a number of ways:
