It is important to us that you have a say in how our services are run. There are a number of ways in which you can get involved.
Come and Go Days
We hold
‘Come and Go Days’ for our floating support services four times a year, giving customers the opportunity to come and meet us, have refreshments, and give us feedback on the service they are receiving.
House meetings
Within property based services, a
house meeting is held every month to discuss relevant issues.
Customer satisfaction surveys
We carry out a customer satisfaction survey each year and every third year this will be conducted by an independent research company.
Service inspections
Our service development team carry out regular service inspections to ensure we continue to meet the highest standards. We encourage you to get involved in the inspections and are keen to hear about your experience of the service you get from us.
Other ways to get involved
You can also get involved through focus groups, surveys and by contributing to the ‘Links’ quarterly customer magazine.
View the latest editions of the magazine.
We encourage all customers to get involved in the production of these magazines. If you are currently receiving support and would like to contribute in any way or provide any feedback you have please contact
Amy Crocker on 020 7428 5565 or
by e-mail.
Customer panel
Our customer panel provides the opportunity for customers to review our services, provide feedback and help future development and improvement of our services. The customer panel has changed the way customer satisfaction surveys are carried out and streamlined the new customer sign up process. We value your opinions and experiences of our services and are always interested in recruiting new panel members. Please see the related downloads section on the right of this page or here
for the agenda and minutes of the last customer panel meeting.
