12 one bed self contained supported housing units for clients with mental health needs. Four of the units are built to wheelchair standard. The building contains staff offices and sleep over facilities with space for training and group activities. The building has been designed to maximise the safety, security and well-being of customers through the provision of design features such as a front facing office, door entry system and CCTV.
