Rick Roberts Way will regenerate a brownfield site, previously used for storage, into an attractive, contemporary mixed tenure development. Situated in the heart of Stratford and close to the Olympic village, the scheme will feature homes for general needs rent, shared ownership and outright sale as well as commercial units and private landscaped gardens and a children’s play area.
The development is ideally situated offering easy access to Stratford tube and train stations as well as to local amenities including the Stratford Centre Shopping precinct and the river Lea.
Each building within the development will have unique character, however the palette of materials, range of colours and window treatment will show that the blocks are related to each other.
