Timber Wharf, Hackney

Located on the banks of the Regents Canal on Kingsland Road, the site was formerly industrial land. The site is well located and will benefit from the opening of the East London Line, which will improve transport links to the City.

Timber Wharf features 87 one to five bed homes, of which 30 are for general needs rent, including some supported housing units. These Care and Support units also have access to a support staff office on site. The remaining 57 are available on a shared ownership basis, including some key worker units.
