Customer information

Our services are as diverse as the people we work with.

One Support is one of the largest and fastest growing providers of housing, care and support services across London and the South East.

We provide support to:

  • People living independently in their own homes
  • People living in our supported accommodation schemes

The needs of our customers vary greatly. Some people need a high level of support over a long period whilst others only require support in the short term. We support people with multiple needs including:

  • Mental ill-health
  • Young people and care leavers
  • Teenage parents
  • Elderly people
  • People with learning disabilities
  • People who have issues with alcohol or drugs.
  • We offer specialist and professional services and work with our partners to find solutions for our customers, providing a link between housing, social care and health agencies.

We also provide housing management services to all our tenants, including those who receive their support from a different provider.

The One Support team

One Support is split into three areas:
 
Support and care
This team is responsible for supporting customers to achieve independent living within the community and providing them with the highest standard of care.
 
Housing services
This team is responsible for providing a housing management service, which includes letting properties to tenants and ensuring rent payments are collected.
 
Business development
This team is responsible for ensuring the quality of our services, customer involvement, developing new services and driving improvement.
