Feedback and complaints

Your feedback is important to us as it helps to shape improvements to our services.

We aim to provide an excellent service to our residents and customers. If we’re doing something wrong, or we could do better in future we want to know so that we can learn from our mistakes and improve. If we’re doing something well, we want to make it common practice. If you think we could do things differently and better, we want to hear from you.

Complaints

We have a simple, open and useful complaints process. We aim to resolve your complaint quickly and openly communicate with you in order to reach a resolution. The feedback that we get is used to learn and improve the service we provide.

Compliments

Many of you are kind enough to take the time and compliment our services. This is not only makes us happy to see our customers satisfied, but also allows us to share these good practices among our staff.

Suggestions

We feel that you - our residents and customers - understand best how our services can be improved for other residents and customers. Therefore, we often rely on your feedback on how we can do things differently and better, to make your OHG experience better.
