Provide Feedback

Your feedback is important to us as it helps to shape improvements to the services we provide.

One Housing Group encourages residents to provide feedback in a number of ways:
  • Respond to Customer Care Surveys that we send out- these can be general tenant surveys, satisfaction surveys or questionnaires
  • Make use of our Complaints System
  • Join or start a Resident Association or Special Interest Group or become a Key Voice 
  • Become a mystery shopper

  • Contact Solutionsbox. Solutionsbox is run by the Group’s Service Improvement Team. Ideas are welcomed from all residents and every suggestion submitted will go directly to the team who will provide feedback.
