Short notice inspection

In July 2009, One Housing Group received a short notice inspection from our independent regulator, the audit commission.

The audit commission is responsible for inspecting housing associations to ensure that good services are being delivered to customers. The inspection focussed on Resident Involvement across One Housing Group and included an assessment of how we are addressing three cross cutting themes: Access and customer care, diversity and value for money.

Following the submission of our final short notice inspection action plan and audit commission supporting statement in December 2009, we were assessed as having promising prospects for improvement.

Since the publication of this report we have been working to complete our action plan in line with the recommedations we received. Our final action plan, showing our progress to date can be seen by clicking here. We will shortly be submitting our work to the tenant services authority (TSA) but would welcome any comments you may have. Please submit any feedback via email consultation@onehousinggroup.co.uk by 29 July.

If you have any queries please call the Service Improvement Team on 0208 428 4248.
