One Housing Group (OHG) combines regional strength with local delivery. Its main purpose is to provide central, strategic and corporate management services to its subsidiaries:
Community Housing Association (CHA)
Based in North London, Community Housing Association manages more than 4,000 homes across London and the South East of England. The Group structure enables CHA to deliver local services to residents that meet the needs of its communities whilst benefitting from centralised Group services.
Toynbee Housing Association (THA)
Based in East London, Toynbee Housing Association manages 3,000 homes across London and the South East of England. THA delivers local services to residents whilst providing good value for money thanks to the Group's centralised services.
Island Homes Housing Association (IH)
Island Homes was created to take the stock transfer of nearly 2,100 homes on the Isle of Dogs from the London Borough of Tower Hamlets in 2005. The 1,300 tenanted homes and 700 leasehold homes are located on four estates.
One Support
One Support is the Group’s housing care and support arm with a turnover of £25m. It has a reputation for providing high quality modern supported housing and services. One Support is the biggest provider of large floating support services in London and adjacent counties and a market leader in supported accommodation for young people with complex needs, extra care retirement housing and cutting edge mental health supported housing.
Community Action
This is a company limited by guarantee which is a registered charity and undertakes a range of fundraising activities to enable the delivery of a range of social inclusion programmes.
CityStyle Living Limited
This is a company limited by shares which owns and manages the Group’s market rented developments.
