This section is designed to answer all your rent related queries. It allows you to pay your rent and provides useful information about certain benefits you may be entitled to.
If you have difficulties in paying the rent, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can discuss the problem and give you the appropriate help and advice. Rent statements are sent to all residents on a quarterly basis and will show all the transactions on the account for the previous three months. Should you require any additional statements or advice then please contact us and ask for your Income Officer who will be able to arrange for these to be sent to you.
How to Pay Your Rent
However you choose to pay, you must give us your full name and address and rent account number. If you are unsure about this, ask your Income Officer.
