Resident Services

Consumer Panels and Boards

Joining one of our Consumer Panels, Forums or becoming a resident Board Member allows you to review our services and make recommendations for change.

Consumer Panels
Our Consumer Panels are run at both a regional and Group level.

As a member of a Consumer Panel you would be required to attend a 2 hour meeting 3 times a year to discuss important issues affecting tenants. These could include Customer Services, Housing Management, Service Charges and Rents.

All proposals for improvement feed directly into the work of the Service Improvement team, who work closely with staff from the Community Investment Team. Click here for the latest meeting dates across the Group.

Maintenance Forum
The Maintenance Forum is modelled on the existing Consumer Panels and can act as a platform for questions and concerns for all repairs issues.
This means that focussed discussions can take place in this area while the other panels can move away from this topic to discuss other concerns in detail.

The Maintenance Forum is a groupwide forum with meetings held regionally. The meetings take place 3 times a year and last about 2 hours. Click here for 2010 dates.

One Voice is the new forum for residents from a Black, Asian Minority or Ethnic (BAME) Background.
