Resident Profiling

In order to ensure that we maintain this commitment, we carry out Resident Profiling to ensure that the details we hold for our residents are accurate and up-to-date.

Please take the time to complete our Customer Information Form as this will help us to identify important trends and make improvements to the services you receive. The information you provide will be kept confidential, but may be used by us to check the fairness of other services you access.

Some of the questions within the form are of a personal and sensitive nature but the information we are collecting is a requirement of our regulator, the Tenant’s Services Authority (TSA) and also helps to inform how our resources are allocated.

You do not have to answer these questions and we will not discrimate against those who choose not to take part.
