In order to ensure that we maintain this commitment, we are embarking on a Resident Profiling exercise to ensure that the details we hold for our residents are accurate and up-to-date.
Please take the time to complete our survey to identify important trends and help us to make improvements to the services you receive. The information you provide will be kept confidential, but may be used by us to check the fairness of other services you access.
Some of the questions within the survey are of a personal and sensitive nature but the information we are collecting is a requirement of our regulator, the Tenant’s Services Authority (TSA) and also helps to inform how our resources are allocated.
You do not have to answer these questions and we will not discrimate against those who choose not to take part.
How you can complete the survey:
1. The quickest way for you to take part is to complete the form online at www.v1survey.com/onehousing. You will be asked for your TAG (Tenancy Agreement Reference) which was recently sent by post. If you are unsure of this reference please contact your Housing Officer or call 0300 123 9966.
2. You can also complete the paper survey recently sent by post and return it in the freepost envelope provided.
One Housing Group has appointed Vision One to help us capture and report this data back to us. Vision One has extensive experience working for a number of other housing associations and is a member of the Market Research Society, and is a MRS company partner.
