If you are a
Leaseholder you are responsible for keeping your home in good repair and condition but should report any communal area repairs to your landlord. For more information please see our Leaseholder Management Policy in the related downloads section.
Repairs Response Times & Targets
In order to manage the many different problems reported to us, we have to prioritise repairs.

Repairs Responsibilities
Your Tenancy Agreement sets out the repairs for which OHG is responsible and those which you must do yourself. We can do repairs that are your responsibility, but we will have to charge for them.

Monitoring Repairs
All of the repairs carried out by One Housing Group are monitored by our surveyors who manage the contractors responsible for the work. They ensure that repairs are completed effectively and efficiently, without incurring excessive costs.
