Benchmarking
We carry out regular benchmarking against our peers to ensure we are performing at the highest level and to share and learn from best practise. We are a member of the following benchmarking groups:
- HouseMark
- London and South East London Benchmarking Club
- Housing Quality Network
Quality Housing Services (QHS)
QHS are independent auditors who assess the quality of services provided by over 60 housing associations by conducting on-site audits, telephone assessments and mystery shopping exercises. On-site audits take place every 6 months and telephone surveys and assessments are carried out on a regular basis throughout the year.
