Mick Sweeney - group chief executive
Over 30 years experience in the housing sector, appointed group chief executive of One Housing Group in February 2007. Prior to that, CEO of Community Housing Association, having previously held the position of development director at CHA. Previous experience with a number of housing associations and the Housing Corporation.
Alan Williams - group development director
More than 25 years experience of property maintenance, planned and major works programmes and housing management. Alan joined Community in 1997, became development director in 2004, and then group development director at the formation of One Housing Group.
Kevin Beirne - group director, housing care and support
With over 15 years experience in housing, development and business management, Kevin became a director of Community in 2003 and was appointed group director of housing care and support (One Support) in September 2007 upon formation of the group.
Martin Heys - group finance director
With over 20 years experience as a finance director in both public and private sectors, and the last 12 in social housing, Martin joined One Housing Group in October 2009.
