Affordable housing
We work closely with local authorities across London and the South East to provide affordable homes to those that need it most. If you would like to be considered for our affordable housing, you should register first with your local council. Your council will refer you on to us. Intermediate rent
If you earn less than £64,300 per year, you may be eligible for intermediate rent; rent that is 20% lower than market rental rates.

Keyworkers

Supported housing
