We are committed to dealing with all complaints quickly, fairly and effectively. A complaint is any dissatisfaction expressed by a service user, or someone affected by our actions.
Of course, we try our utmost to get things right as much as possible. In these cases - for example, if a member of staff has provided you with excellent customer service - we also welcome positive feedback in the form of compliments.
