Ways to pay your rent

This is a quick and simple way to pay your rent, as well as being our preferred method of payment. It allows us to take payment directly from your bank account, giving you one less thing to worry about.
If you would like to set up payment via direct debit, please request a direct debit mandate from your Customer Accounts Advisor (your Neighbourhood Officer if you are a Berkshire resident) and return it to them to be processed.
Call 0300 123 9966 or 020 8821 5300 during office hours (8.00am to 6.00pm) and have your debit or credit card details ready.
Pay your rent online via Allpay. You will need your Allpay card number to login.
