Pay your rent

Rent due calendar
It's important to pay your rent regularly, in full and on time.

We give you a number of ways to pay your rent so you can find the option most convenient for you.

We send a rent statement to all residents four times a year. They show all the transactions on the account for the previous three months. To see your rent statement at any time, sign up for My Account.

Ways to pay your rent

By direct debit
This is a quick and simple way to pay your rent, as well as being our preferred method of payment. It allows us to take payment directly from your bank account, giving you one less thing to worry about.

If you would like to set up payment by direct debit, please as your Customer Accounts Advisor (your Neighbourhood Officer if you are a Berkshire resident) for a direct debit mandate, fill it in and return it to them to be processed.

Call 0300 123 9966 or 020 8821 5300 during office hours (8.00am to 6.00pm) and have your debit or credit card details ready.

Online
Pay your rent online via Allpay. You will need your Allpay card number to login.
