It's important to pay your rent regularly, in full and on time.
We give you a number of ways to pay your rent so you can find the option most convenient for you.
We send a rent statement to all residents four times a year. They show all the transactions on the account for the previous three months. To see your rent statement at any time, sign up for My Account.
Ways to pay your rent
By direct debit
This is a quick and simple way to pay your rent, as well as being our preferred method of payment. It allows us to take payment directly from your bank account, giving you one less thing to worry about.
If you would like to set up payment by direct debit, please ask your Customer Accounts Advisor (your Neighbourhood Officer if you are a Berkshire resident) for a direct debit mandate, fill it in and return it to them to be processed.
Call 0300 123 9966 or 020 8821 5300 during office hours (8.00am to 6.00pm) and have your debit or credit card details ready.
Pay your rent online via Allpay. You will need your Allpay card number to login.
Swipe and Allpay cards
You can pay your rent at any post office or any PayPoint outlet. You can use cash or cheque at the post office and cash only at PayPoints. Don’t forget to keep your receipts safe. To request a new card, contact our Customer Accounts Team on 0300 123 9966 or 020 8821 4000.

By telephone or internet banking
You can pay your rent directly from your bank account. You will have to give your unique rent account number as a reference to prevent any delays with the payment reaching your account.

You can instruct your bank to pay a set sum of money automatically weekly or monthly. Please contact your Customer Accounts Advisor (Neighbourhood Officer for Berkshire residents) for a form to set up a standing order.
However you choose to pay, you must give us your full name and address and rent account number. If you are unsure about this, ask your Customer Accounts Advisor (Neighbourhood Officer for Berkshire residents).
